We're well versed in the KonMari method of de-cluttering and will show you how this method works - every step of the way.
Downsizing to a smaller home? Paring down possessions and moving into a smaller space can be overwhelming. You don't have to tackle it alone. We can help you pack up your belongings as we guide you through the (sometimes difficult) decision-making process about what to keep, what to let go of, and how to re-home unwanted items responsibly. If you've recently moved in to a new home, let us help you unpack, hang art, set up organized storage systems, and achieve optimal efficiency throughout your new space.
How does it work? Our consultation includes a needs assessment and evaluation of the systems you're using…or not using. After an initial assessment, Picture Perfect Homes will provide you with a scope of work that will detail our fees and out-of-pocket expenses. When you decide to move forward with an organization project, we'll ask for 50% be paid upfront, and the balance upon completion.
For many projects, it'll be necessary for us to work directly with you during the project, and in other projects, we can work without you. Every project is unique, and the length of time each project takes will depend on many factors - some of which simply can't be anticipated. Projects can range from three hours to multiple days, depending on the size and condition of the space, the amount of "stuff" we're dealing with, and the new systems we decide put in place.
